Products & Pricing
All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations from displayed images. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is available for select locations.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and logos, is the property of Kakoli's Collection and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Kakoli's Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the purchase price of the item.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
