Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for a different size or design of equal or greater value. The difference in price, if any, will be charged.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a pickup.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
